What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Guests who book through our official website are welcome to stay until 11:00.

Is the property non-smoking?

Yes, the entire property is non-smoking, including all guest rooms, balconies, stairways, and the entrance area. We do not have a designated smoking area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Will my room be cleaned during a multi-night stay?

In consideration of environmental sustainability and guest privacy, housekeeping is not provided as a standard service during consecutive-night stays. Guests staying six nights or more may request one complimentary cleaning. If you require additional cleaning during a shorter stay, please notify us by 18:00 the day before. Additional charges will apply.

Can I request housekeeping during my stay?

As noted above, routine housekeeping is not provided during multi-night stays. A vacuum cleaner is available in each room for your convenience. To request additional housekeeping, please contact the management office by 18:00 the previous day.
Additional cleaning fees are as follows:
1 guest: ¥3,300 (tax included) per session
2 guests: ¥3,850 (tax included) per session

What should I do with used towels during an extended stay?

Please place used towels in the linen collection bag located in the hallway next to the staircase.

Can I reserve a parking space? Can I use more than one space?

Three parking spaces are available on the premises on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of one space per room. On weekends and public holidays, additional parking is available at the nearby “Honmachi H Park” (spaces No. 1, 2, and 5). If our parking is full or you are arriving in a larger vehicle, we recommend using a nearby coin-operated car park.

What amenities are provided?

Each room is equipped with bath towels and face towels. Additional amenities — including a toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, body towel, and basic skincare items — are available at the amenity bar on the 2nd floor. Please help yourself.

Can I store my luggage at the property?

Temporary luggage storage before check-in or after check-out may be arranged upon request. Please contact the management office in advance, as availability cannot always be guaranteed.

I have not received my check-in code (QR code / numeric code).

Please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still have not received it, please use the “Receive Check-In Code” form on our website. We will verify and resend your code promptly.

Is there an elevator?

We regret that this property does not have an elevator. Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (staircase access only). Guests with mobility concerns or those travelling with heavy luggage are kindly asked to contact us in advance so we may assist where possible.

Are there quiet hours?

We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Due to the building’s structure, sound travels easily between floors. We appreciate your consideration for fellow guests.

Can non-registered guests enter a guest room?

With the exception of pre-arranged visits or emergencies, access to guest rooms is restricted to registered guests only. An additional charge of ¥11,000 per person will apply if non-registered guests are found to have accessed a room.

Is late check-out available?

Guests booking through our official website may check out at 11:00. For all other bookings, late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and will incur an additional charge. Please enquire with us directly.
